Kidney Cleaning

The kidneys are one of the body's filters; the other filter is the liver. The kidneys removes/filters out excess salt, poison, and other toxic substances which enter the human body.

Over the years, salt and other substances accumulate on the inner lining of the kidneys, which need to be cleansed. How does one do kidney cleaning? Very easy. . .drink "parsley tea". "Parsley tea" is considered not only one of the best --- [if not the best] --- kidney cleansing agent(s); it is natural and has no ill side-effects.

To make "parsley tea". . .

1) Wash a bunch of fresh parsley;

2) Cut [chop] the parsley into small pieces;

3) Place the cut [chopped] parsley into a large pot;

4) Pour plenty of water [about 1 gallon] over the parsley, and making sure the parsley is "completely covered with water";

5) Bring the water to boil. Let the "parsley tea" boil for 10 minutes;

6) Let the "parsley tea" cool and steep;

7) Using a sieve, pour and filter the cooled "parsley tea" into a glass container;

8) Drink one glass of "parsley tea" daily;

9) Store the "parsley tea" in the refrigerator. In a few days, you'll notice a difference in the way you feel as the kidney is cleansed of accumulated salts and other [toxic] substances.

Note: Always consult your physician before starting any home remedies.
